- All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for “change of mind,” incompatibility, or incorrect purchases made by the customer.
- Why this policy? This ensures that every product you buy from us is factory-fresh and has never been used, opened, or handled by another customer.
- The Exception: Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or a product damaged during transit; we will make it right.
- Eligibility: You may return an item only if it is:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Not functioning.
- Physically damaged upon delivery.
- Significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong model sent).
- Reporting Period: You must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this window may refer to the manufacturer’s warranty rather than an immediate exchange.
- How to Report a Defect
To claim a return for a defective item:

Once inspected and approved, we will arrange for a replacement unit or a full refund including shipping costs.
- Manufacturer Warranty
For issues that arise after the initial 48-hour inspection window, your product is covered by the 1-Year / Standard Manufacturer Warranty. We will assist you in directing your device to the authorized service center in Lebanon for repair or replacement under the warranty terms.
